Welcome to Citi PathLabs (Vedavid Diagnostics Pvt. Ltd.). These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement governing your access to our diagnostic pathology services, doorstep home sample collection, and online report downloading portal.

• Citi PathLabs: A premier NABL and ISO 9001:2015 accredited pathology service provider offering clinical diagnostic testing, report generation, and home collection across Bhopal.
• User / Patient: Any individual, parent, or legal guardian booking diagnostic tests or accessing reports.
• B2B Partners: Hospitals, nursing homes, clinics, and corporate healthcare programs utilizing bulk pathology testing.
• Platform: Official website (`http://localhost/City_PathLabs/`), patient portal, and associated mobile/web applications.

• Patients must provide accurate full name, age, gender, address, and mobile number when booking home collection slots.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your booking ID and report login credentials.
• Citi PathLabs reserves the right to cancel appointments or suspend access if inaccurate or fraudulent details are submitted.

• Diagnostic test reports are generated using 100% automated robotic instruments under the supervision of certified MD Pathologists.
• Reports are delivered via digital PDF downloads, WhatsApp/SMS links, or physical printouts at our main center.
• Sample pickup time slots are approximate and subject to traffic and weather conditions in Bhopal.

• Corporate health checkups and clinic sample processing follow custom SLAs as defined in formal institutional agreements.
• Payment terms for B2B accounts are settled on monthly or bi-weekly invoicing schedules.

• Pathology test reports are intended to assist registered medical practitioners in clinical diagnosis.
• Lab test findings do not constitute direct medical prescriptions or self-treatment advice. Always consult your treating physician for report interpretation and medical guidance.
